When completing my certificate of home staging and property styling I had to work with a client to improve 3 rooms, we decided to focus on the master bedroom, living room and ‘spare’ bedroom. The master bedroom and living room worked well but needed some finishing touches to make them feel welcoming to their target audience of a young couple with children. I don’t believe in a ‘spare’ room and we needed to show it’s potential to the attracted viewers. Styling the ‘spare’ room as a playroom gave it purpose and visually demonstrates how the room can function better than a dumping ground which the current sellers have used it as.

Working within a budget, I have styled the property to meet a modern and timeless scheme.
