This design package allows you to explore potential layouts for your space, focusing on: furniture placements, traffic flow considerations, and optimised use of your available space. We will work together to plan your space so it suits your daily life and allows you to use it efficiently.

Timeline
Starting with an initial consultation I will get to know you and your personality, needs and style. I will be able to understand how you travel through and use the space, as well as what key elements there are to your room. I will provide knowledge on the necessities you need and consider how best to place them in the design.

I will then complete a full site visit and carry out a survey of the space to find all the necessary information to produce the best possible design.

The next step is for me to put together your floor plan layout ideas. You will receive four design layouts with possibilities to revise these throughout the process.

When we have concluded on a final design, I will put together a technical floor plan and provide you with a written report which will describe the conversations and decisions made throughout the process.
